This weekend was a lazy one and I managed to find some time to do some cooking. We had some carrots that needed to be used up so I looked up a recipe on Taste and found one for carrot fritters.
Here are the steps to make them :
1 cup of plain flour
1/2 cup of milk
salt and pepper to taste
Grate the carrots and potato and squeeze as much juice as you can out of them so your fritters aren’t too soggy. Mix all the other ingredients in a bowl with the vegetables.
Fry them as patties in a frypan with shallow vegetable oil and voila 🙂 Snack!!
Serve with sauces of your choice! In the recipe they served it with greek yoghurt but I tried bbq, relish and tomato sauce 🙂
