Mother’s day is just around the corner. So what better excuse to bake some cupcakes for your mum 🙂
Sr flour 186 grams
120 g butter
120 g caster sugar
Cream butter and sugar, add eggs one at a time then add sifted flour and milk and you have it! Put them in patty tins and bake for ten to fifteen min at 180c.
For icing: add icing sugar and strawberry food coloring and butter.
