For those who celebrate Chinese New Year 
Wish you all a happy one Mine will be spent gorging on lots of food and just catching up with friends and family We already did a huge hot pot – lines of tables with 6 hot pots in a row and ate lots of fish balls and meat balls
This is inspired by CNY – I did half red and half orange diagonally with yellow dots on the border line.

There was also a big festival where I live and they have night markets and rides.

They sell these potato twists – They twist the potato into a spiral and deep fry and add what ever flavorings you like

They also have these crazy car rides that go out and around ~ I can’t handle it – hehe

Mmmm … the potato twist looks delicious and the hot-pot line sounds fantastic!
The car ride is called “The Zipper” here but I’ve never had the slightest urge to try it out.
